Exploration and Preliminary Planning
First meeting at office
During the initial office meeting, we offer an introduction to our service, presenting space renovation planning concepts, design modules, and past projects.
We’ll delve into planning details, set an expected completion date with follow-up review, and discuss your project budget. Lastly, we’ll move forward by scheduling a convenient on-site survey.
ON-SITE Measurement
The on-site measurement encompasses the following:
Survey and Measurement: Conduct an on-site survey and measurement, with the duration depending on the house’s condition.
Requirements discussion: Engage in preliminary communication about proposed solutions and requirements on-site.
Photo Records: Capture photos of the current situation after measurement and document any special events.
Estimated cost proposal
Following the evaluation, the Vinvisa Interior Designer will provide a preliminary estimated project quotation and related operation costs within 10 to 14 working days. The owner will then assess whether to proceed with the implementation of the project.
* The renovation cost will include carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, light fittings, curtains, and air conditioning. The cost provided is an estimate and is subject to the existing conditions and job scopes of each unit, as well as the choice of lighting, air conditioning, and other factors.
* Hacking work and the subsequent repairs required to make good the walls may impact the overall renovation cost.
PHASE 2
Project Finalization and Execution
FINAL QUOTATION
After confirming the design plan, we will guide you through the entire renovation service process, explaining the subsequent furniture deposits. We’ll collaborate with you to confirm the needs and amounts for room decoration materials, kitchenware, bathroom fixtures, air conditioning, and other equipment.
Following this, we’ll draft a final quotation that includes the above details for your acceptance.
Construction Drawing
The carpentry configuration will be determined based on the final measurements taken at the site.
Official Contract
An official contract will be prepared and signed.
Payments associated with the Vinvisa Renovation service and Furniture purchase will be collected at this juncture, adhering to company regulations.
Please be informed that Vinvisa Renovation service is not eligible for Vinvisa passport mileage accumulation.
Start Renovation Work
Once the project is confirmed, construction will commence, and Vinvisa will supervise the entire process until its completion.
Note:
- To assess the condition of your unit, we will conduct an on-site survey and measurement which will incur a $250 measurement fee.
- Design fee is calculated based on your floor size and it is not part of renovation cost.
- There is a minimum MUJI furniture purchase requirement calculated on a per square foot (sqf) basis for your home.
- All prices quoted are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST)
